Service Protection with DJI Care Refresh
DJI Care Refresh is the service protection for your device that will provide you with four replacements of damaged equipment within two years for a small additional fee. It covers damages resulting from collisions or contact of the product with water, among other things. The damaged equipment will then be replaced with a new or equivalent unit. DJI Care Refresh can be activated only once within 30 days from the activation (first power-on) of the device. There is also an option to extend the coverage for an additional year (total of 3 years) – you just need to purchase an additional yearly plan. Furthermore, the official manufacturer’s warranty is applicable during the service period.
DJI RS 3 Mini
For devices in the DJI RS 3 Mini series, the cost of each replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 209 PLN.*
*In case of direct reporting to the manufacturer, the replacement amount may change depending on the current exchange rate.
Extended Warranty
Users of devices like DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine, DJI Mini 2 SE, DJI RS 3 Mini, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mavic 3 Classic, Osmo Mobile 6, Osmo Mobile SE, Osmo Action 3, DJI Avata, DJI RS 3, DJI RS 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Cine, and DJI Action 2 can also receive additional benefits. If you don’t use the replacement option during the Care Refresh service validity period, you will receive an extended warranty for an additional year as part of the reward.
How to Activate DJI Care Refresh
1. The code should be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, provide the Care Refresh code, device serial number (located directly on the product), and the activating person’s information (first and last name, email address).
3. The DJI Care Refresh service will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. Confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation will be sent via email. Your equipment is already secure!
In Case of an Accident
1. The user reports the malfunction and sends the equipment to the German DJI service with a note stating that DJI Care Refresh service has been purchased.
2. The user receives a repair estimate and based on that decides whether to proceed with the repair/replacement for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays the replacement fee and receives a different unit.
4. The replaced product will be prioritized for delivery to the user with free shipping.
DJI Care Refresh Does Not Cover
1) Lost or partially lost equipment.
2) Stolen or abandoned products.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional loss of the product.
5) Housing damages that do not affect the product’s functionality.
6) Direct or indirect damages caused by force majeure.
7) Malfunctions occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.
8) Additional charges related to model enhancement or performance improvement.
9) Malfunctions resulting from modifications not in accordance with user manual recommendations or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.
10) Malfunctions resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software.
